What fabric are Joi prints made of?
Every Joi print is produced on pure cotton satin. It is soft, breathable, and smooth with a subtle sheen. The fabric is 140 cm wide.
How much fabric comes in one piece?
Each piece is a single 3.2 m cut, the classic length for one tailored garment such as a jalabiya, mukhawar, kaftan, midi or maxi dress.
Is the fabric see-through?
Our fabrics are not see-through. The only exception is designs on a white base, which may be slightly sheer. If you are unsure about a specific print, chat with us on WhatsApp and we will happily assist.
What can my tailor make from 3.2 m?
One 3.2 m cut, 140 cm wide, is enough for a jalabiya, a mukhawar, a midi or maxi dress, or a kaftan. Very full sleeves or tiered cuts may need extra fabric, so when in doubt, show your tailor the print first. You can read more in our guide: How many meters of fabric do you need for a jalabiya?
How do I care for pure cotton satin?
Dry cleaning is recommended. Alternatively, hand wash gently in cold water and hang to dry. For the best finish, lightly steam the fabric after it dries to restore its natural softness.
How long does delivery take?
Every order ships with tracking: UAE 3-7 days, Qatar & GCC 5-10 days. Shipping is free on orders over 750 AED, and any two prints qualify.
Do you restock sold-out prints?
Some prints return for a rare restock. The designs that retire move to The Archive and are gone for good. That is how we keep every piece rare.
Can I return a fabric?
Yes, returns are accepted in line with our return & refund policy.
