If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please make sure your item meets the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For returns due to change of mind or any reason other than damage or defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email care@wearjoi.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions – Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return shipping details.
  3. Send It Back – Ship the item back to us following the given instructions.
  4. Processing Your Exchange – For exchanges, we will send the replacement item as soon as we receive and inspect the original item.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 additional days for your bank to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Items without original packaging.
